Although we weren't completely decided on buying the car, the experience Ms. Girija and Mr. Jaya gave us with the test drive and the wonderful service immediately convinced us into purchasing the car without hesitating. They surprised us with our first preferred color although we initially thought it wasn't available, which really excited us.
