Visited the Skoda showroom in Kollam recently and was pleasantly surprised by the professional and friendly staff. The showroom layout was well-organized, making it easy to explore the range of vehicles. However, it would be helpful to have more interactive displays or information panels to learn about the features and technology of the cars on display. Overall, a positive experience, and I appreciate the attention to customer service.
